Return Policy

We apply a return period of 30 days. This means that within 30 days after receiving your item, you can submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unopened, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where you can send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted

Damage and Issues

Check your order immediately upon receipt, and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalised items), and care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and completes the refund.
